Through the DialCare Mental Wellness program, students can schedule appointments with a licensed and trained mental or behavioral health specialist via phone or video to get the help they need.
Utilizing DialCare, students will be able to reach counselors within our network via phone or video.
Students can schedule an appointment between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m., seven days a week.
Students can request the same counselor they previously consulted with.
Counselors can schedule follow-up calls on behalf of the student if both parties agree.
Three-way conversations are available for parents or guardians who prefer to be involved in the conversation.
DialCare Mental Wellness offers mental and behavioral health assistance to students in need. Our core objective is to provide a safe, secure and private way for students to seek help from a licensed and trained mental or behavioral health specialist via a virtual counseling session.
For medical care, DialCare also offers a telemedicine program that connects medical professionals to patients virtually, improving access to high-quality health care regardless of location. Our national network of U.S.-based, licensed and fully credentialed physicians can recommend treatment and write short-term, non-DEA controlled prescriptions, when medically appropriate.
